    Reliability & Efficiency

No matter the size or horsepower, Yamaha outboards are built around reliability and innovation. The Yamaha F15 is no exception. The F15 produces excellent low down torque from a lightweight powerhead. For easy starting, first time every time, Yamaha’s Prime Start System delivers just the right amount of fuel required for combustion according to the engine temperature. The engine will start with just a light pull on the manual starter or by turning the starter-key on electric start model. A thick and easy-to-hold carrying grip at the front of the engine and plastic handy-grips at the back make the outboards easy to carry, mount and remove. The plastic handy-grips also have a roll support when the outboard is laid down. The latest low profile design looks great on the back of any boat in this class.

    Compact & Lightweight

The all new F8 now feature the smart and compact top cowling design found on larger Yamaha models.  The redesign of the F8 features an ergonomic, shortened tiller handle that hinges to fold close to the cowling for stable, flexible storage.  Handling and storage is easier too. The new slim shape, together with the redesigned tiller handle (which now folds in much further) means it takes up less space. There’s also a more comfortable carry-handle - and new resting pads that allow the engine to be stored rear-side down. A 7.5% extra displacement means more torque and thrust while still offering the benefits of fuel efficiency, smooth quietness and light weight for which it is so well known in Australia. Built specifically for the harsh marine environment, the F8 is a great power option for small tinnies and inflatables.

    True Grunt

Yamaha’s High Thrust series of four stroke engines have been designed to deliver the grunt needed to push big loads with ease. The FT9.9 is based on the standard F9.9 with one big difference; a higher gear ratio allows this motor to spin a larger propeller minimising slippage and getting more power to the water when you need it most.
    • Perfect for yachts or pontoon boats.
    • Smooth and quiet operation.
    • Excellent fuel economy.
    • Power tilt model available.
The FT9.9 comes standard with Yamaha’s patented dual thrust propeller that allows exhaust to escape in the opposite direction when in reverse. This gives the propeller access to undisturbed water in both directions for better traction and effortless maneuverability.
