Variable Valve Timing & Lift Electronic Control (VTEC) and Dual Stage Induction
Featuring an impressive 150HP @5500 RPM rated power, the BF150 gives impressive performance on demand. Honda’s VTEC™ system, born from a racing legacy, optimises power and efficiency across all engine speeds. By adjusting the lift and duration of the intake valves, VTEC ensures smooth running at low RPMs while boosting torque and top-end power at higher speeds. Honda’s unique variable intake system controls the volume and velocity of air in the combustion chamber, then optimises air flow to match the engine’s speed to maximise combustion efficiency. The result delivers increased torque at low RPMs, more power at high RPM, and superb fuel efficiency.
Boosted Low Speed Torque (BLAST)
Honda’s BLAST™ technology enhances hole shot performance, getting the hull on plane faster by adjusting the air/fuel ratio and ignition timing for more torque during rapid acceleration.
On Demand Charging
